Nipah Palm Seeds Dessert Soup/Attap Chee Th'ng Chui
Good morning lovely people! It's a hot day so made this dessert soup to cool down. Simple RECIPE as follows:

Ingredients
200g preserved nipah palm seeds/attap seeds/attap chee
200g grass jelly, sliced to desired shapes
300g nata de coco
1/2 cup syrup from nata de coco
2 cups water
2 cups ice cubes
Method
01 In a large bowl, place all the ingredients. Mix until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness accordingly.
02 Dish out into individual small bowls for serving.
03 Serve cold.
Notes
We used mango-flavored nata de coco. Use your favorite flavor and add fresh cut fruits if desired.
We used preserved nipah palm seeds/attap seeds/buah kabung bought from the wet market. You can also use canned ones or prepacked ones.
